UConn Rescue, Inc.
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation of students involved in or interested in emergency medical services at the University of Connecticut. We are primarily based at the Storrs campus but we are currently expanding in order to better serve the several UConn regional campuses around the state.
UCR Club
During bi-weekly membership meetings, club members get the chance to learn about a variety of EMS related topics. Our members include a range of students - from those interested in pursuing careers in the medical field to others who have are curious about EMS. We discuss training techniques and practice skills with other like-minded students on campus.
Learn CPR
Want to learn how to save a life in the event of cardiac arrest? We offer a number of different CPR classes for all types of people - for first-time learns to those looking to get their license re-certification. We are affiliated with AHA and offer both certification courses and non-certification, general knowledge classes for CPR and choking response.

STB COURSES
How about learning how to respond in the event of a mass-bleeding injury? Our free Stop the Bleed courses can teach you just that! Our STB instructors will teach you had to recognize and respond to life-threatening bleeding. With hands-on training from packing wounds to applying tourniquets, learning STB skills can help you save a life!
